Build the record once. Use it every season.
Every work has a durable home for its metadata, instrumentation, license status, and uploaded materials. Future programs begin with what the library already knows instead of another hunt through folders.
- Start with trusted metadata. Import from Daniels or Zinfonia, or create a work by hand when the repertoire calls for it.
- Keep files tied to musical meaning. Upload clean parts and bowings, map combined files, and see which required parts are still missing.
- Make rentals visible. Track public-domain, purchased, and rented materials—including expiration dates—alongside the work itself.
